Open-field plants

Our plants are mainly open-fields grown.

The plants receive special organic care and are transplanted several times so they can fully express their character.
Our production isn’t irrigated (except during the first year) and we don’t use any synthetic products.

We pay lots of attention to the soil’s quality and leave our fields in fallow to restore the soil fertility.
